This policy explains what Lumex Hosting ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our website and hosting services, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

2. What We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Name (or the name you order under)
Email address
Discord username, if you contact us there

2.2 Billing Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your card numbers or bank details. We keep a record of invoices, amounts and payment status.

2.3 Technical Data

IP address used to access the panel or your service
Server and panel activity logs
Basic browser and device information
Resource usage statistics for your service

2.4 What We Do Not Collect

We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this website
We do not inspect the contents of your VPN traffic
We do not read your files, worlds, or bot code except when investigating an abuse report or a support request you opened

3. Why We Use It

To create, deploy and run the service you ordered
To issue invoices and process payments
To contact you about your account, invoices and outages
To investigate abuse, fraud and security incidents
To meet legal obligations where we are required to

We do not send marketing or promotional emails.

4. Cookies

Our website itself does not set tracking cookies. Our billing and control panels use cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in and to keep your session secure. Blocking those will stop the panels from working.

5. Who We Share It With

We share the minimum necessary with:

Payment providers, to take payment
Our upstream datacenter provider in Singapore, where required to operate or troubleshoot the physical infrastructure
Law enforcement, only where we are legally required to respond

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.

6. How Long We Keep It

Account and invoice records: kept while your account is active, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require
Server and panel logs: typically retained for up to 90 days
Service data (files, worlds, databases): deleted after termination, as described in our Terms of Service

7. Security

We protect your data with access controls, restricted panel permissions and monitoring for abuse. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security, but we will notify affected customers promptly if a breach affects their data.

8. Your Rights

You may ask us to:

Show you the personal data we hold about you
Correct anything inaccurate
Delete your account and associated personal data, where we are not required to keep it

Email support@lumexhosting.xyz and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Third-Party Services

We rely on third parties including payment providers, Discord (support and community) and our Singapore datacenter. These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle data collected directly by them.

10. Children

Our services are not intended for anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a minor has created an account without consent, contact us and we will remove it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and material changes are announced in our Discord server.
